Service Crew/Juice Maker Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Profile Catering L.L.C
Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a positive attitude, record orders, and serve food and beverages, including answering any questions about the menu.
Input orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments using credit card readers or cash registers, ensuring accurate calculations and change handling.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare items such as juices, smoothies, acai bowls, sandwiches, crepes, and salads while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Use kitchen equipment such as ice cream machines, blenders, crepe makers, and espresso machines to craft hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences.
Ensure daily cleanliness of the restaurant by clearing tables, cleaning trays, sweeping/mopping floors, sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms.
Communicate with team members and management to coordinate work schedules, train new staff, and resolve any issues professionally.
Handle customer concerns and complaints in a calm, professional manner, in accordance with restaurant policy.
Maintain a tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to company dress codes.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in food and beverage preparation (required).
Proven experience with making smoothies, acai bowls, crepes, and coffee.
Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities.
Strong organizational and creative skills for food presentation.
Ability to handle high-pressure environments, particularly during rush hours.
Quick and accurate in processing orders, preparing food, and handling payments.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and desire to grow.
