Position Overview

Viessmann is seeking a proactive and highly organized Service Coordinator to support our after-sales service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service activities, managing customer requests, scheduling technicians, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule service technicians for maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and warranty visits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries and requests.
  • Monitor service tickets and ensure timely closure in accordance with company KPIs.
  • Coordinate with sales, technical, logistics, and spare parts teams to ensure smooth service execution.
  • Prepare service quotations, maintenance contracts, and related documentation.
  • Follow up on pending service activities and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of service reports, customer communications, and service history.
  • Support warranty claim processing and service administration.
  • Generate service performance reports and provide operational updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and customer service excellence requirements.
