Position Overview
Viessmann is seeking a proactive and highly organized Service Coordinator to support our after-sales service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service activities, managing customer requests, scheduling technicians, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service technicians for maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and warranty visits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries and requests.
- Monitor service tickets and ensure timely closure in accordance with company KPIs.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, logistics, and spare parts teams to ensure smooth service execution.
- Prepare service quotations, maintenance contracts, and related documentation.
- Follow up on pending service activities and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of service reports, customer communications, and service history.
- Support warranty claim processing and service administration.
- Generate service performance reports and provide operational updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and customer service excellence requirements.
