A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Service Admin Coordinator – Saudi National for their Riyadh office.

The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of service activities.

Acts as a liaison between the service department and other departments.

Assist and support customers by providing updates, addressing concerns, and resolving issues that may arise during delivery to ensure a positive customer experience.

Monitor inventory of service-related materials and equipment.

Maintain accurate records and relevant documentation.

Prepare and provide reports for the management.

Bachelor’s Degree.

At least 1 – 2 years of customer relationship management experience.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic.
