Service Center Coordinator (Home Appliances) Jobs in Doha at JKR IT

We are seeking an experienced Service Center Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our Home Appliances Service Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating field service activities, managing technician schedules, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence across warranty and after-sales service operations.

Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Business Management.

* 2–5 years of experience in home appliance after-sales/service operations.

* Strong technical knowledge of refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, cooking ranges, and other home appliances.

* Experience with ERP or Service Management Systems is preferred.

* Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* *Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.*

* *Preference will be given to candidates from Arabic-speaking nationalities currently residing in Qatar.*
