Role Overview
As a Service Associate at Dots Cafe, you’ll be the face of our customer service, ensuring every customer experience is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate customers on our menu and make recommendations.
- Upsell special items and take orders efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and suggestions.
- Ensure all stations are stocked with necessary items.
- Report safety hazards and equipment issues.
- Provide fast, friendly service, and build customer relationships.
