We are hiring Service Associates (Waiters/Waitresses) for our branch Dots Cafe in Fujairah
Role Overview:
As a Service Associate, you’ll be the face of our customer service, ensuring every customer experience is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on our menu and make recommendations.
- Upsell special items and take orders efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and suggestions.
- Maintain cleanliness and service areas.
- Ensure all stations are stocked with necessary items.
- Report safety hazards and equipment issues.
- Provide fast, friendly service, and build customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Strong customer service skills and good communication skills.
- Ability to work various shifts.
- Immediate joiner is a plus
