Job Description:
Job Purpose
As a Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch, ensuring a seamless banking experience by welcoming customers, managing branch traffic, supporting digital adoption, and directing customers to the appropriate services.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage customer flow and reduce waiting times within the branch.
- Guide customers on self-service and digital banking channels.
- Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate branch representative.
- Support customer onboarding and basic service requests.
- Promote Emirates Islamic products, services, and digital solutions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain service quality standards.
- Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or Bachelors Degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service, hospitality, retail, or banking experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- UAE National preferred.
