The Gearbox Auto Services is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Proven sales and customer service experience in the automotive industry.
- Ability to explain technical repairs clearly and confidently to customers.
- Experience preparing estimates, following up on quotations, and closing repair jobs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle concerns.
- Prepare repair estimates and explain recommended work.
- Coordinate with technicians throughout the repair process.
- Keep customers updated on repair progress.
- Upsell maintenance and repair services where appropriate.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction from vehicle drop-off to delivery.
Salary & Benefits
Starting Salary: AED 3,500 per month + Attractive Commission
Salary will be reviewed after the probation period and can be negotiated based on performance.
