We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join the IIQAF team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service for our existing and potential clients. You will work closely with a dynamic team of technical specialists to ensure that customers receive the highest quality of service throughout their interactions with IIQAF.

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Provide guidance and advice to customers on product features, service options, and pricing.

Maintain a high level of customer service as an interface between customers and IIQAF staff.

Build rapport with customers and develop long-term relationships.

Follow established processes and procedures for service.

Monitor customer satisfaction and address any customer service issues.

Recommend and promote products and services.

Participate in sales and marketing activities.

Remain knowledgeable about products, services, and industry trends.

Manage customer interactions via telephone, email, and/or in-person.

Job Requirements

High school diploma/GED or higher.

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or related position.

Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of particular service-related hardware and software systems.

Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing customer needs.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Commitment to meeting deadlines and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
