We are seeking an experienced *Service Advisor* with a strong background in the *mechanical field* to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling service inquiries, and ensuring a smooth workflow between customers and the workshop.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
Provide expert advice on mechanical repairs, maintenance, and service options.
Prepare job cards, estimates, and invoices while ensuring transparency in pricing.
Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure timely service completion.
Keep customers informed about their vehicle status and any additional repairs needed.
Maintain strong customer relationships and handle complaints professionally.
Ensure adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction policies.
*Requirements:*
Minimum *2-3 years of experience* as a *Service Advisor* in the automotive industry.
Strong *mechanical knowledge* and understanding of vehicle systems.
Own customer base with the ability to bring in regular business
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using automotive service software and documentation.
Fluency in *English*; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu) are a plus.
