We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Service Advisor to provide administrative support for our SInotruk Service and Parts teams, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our aftersales department. This position will report into the Operations Manager and be based in our Abu Dhabi Workshop.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Service Manager, Workshop and After Sales team.
- Create and manage service job cards, repair orders and workshop documentation.
- Coordinate service bookings and communicate with customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare quotations, estimates and invoices for workshop jobs.
- Follow up on purchase orders, warranty claims and service documentation.
- Coordinate with the Parts department to ensure parts availability for scheduled repairs.
- Maintain accurate customer, vehicle and service records within the ERP system.
- Monitor workshop reports, technician timesheets and job status updates.
- Assist with warranty administration and manufacturer documentation.
- Prepare daily and monthly aftersales reports and KPI data.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and escalate issues where required.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and manufacturer standards.
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role within the Heavy Commercial Vehicle or heavy equipment environment.
- Experience supporting a workshop, service or aftersales department.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
