Job Title: Service Advisor
We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Service Advisor with expertise in German vehicles to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or strong familiarity with brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Volkswagen, and will serve as the key link between customers and the workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs in a professional manner
- Provide expert advice on maintenance and repair services for German vehicles
- Create detailed job cards and service estimates, clearly explaining costs and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient repair
- Communicate updates to customers throughout the service process
- Upsell additional services or maintenance when appropriate and beneficial
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle customer concerns or complaints effectively and professionally
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor
- Strong knowledge of German automotive systems, diagnostics, and maintenance standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly manner
- Familiarity with workshop management systems and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with premium brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, or Volkswagen and more
- Technical background or certification in automotive engineering or a related field
- Experience in dealership or high-end automotive service centers
