Key Responsibilities:
Support the smooth running of the food and beverage department, ensuring all aspects of guest food and beverage service are delivered to high standards.
Work as part of a team to maximize
guest satisfaction
and comfort, providing a positive and timely response to guest inquiries.
Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets.
Collaborate with team members to control costs and inventory, achieve productivity and performance levels.
Built effective working relationships while promoting
company culture
and values.
Ensure adherence to legislation, best practice activities, and internal and external audit requirements.
Requirements:
Experience in food and beverage service beneficial but not essential.
A
hands-on
approach with a can-do work style.
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
The ability to find
creative solutions
and take ownership of duties and tasks.
Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment demanding excellence.
Experience working with IT systems on various platforms.
