Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and deliver an exceptional dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders and enter them accurately into the POS
- Serve dishes and drinks with attention to presentation and timing
- Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas
- Make menu recommendations and upsell when appropriate
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and care
Requirements
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Friendly, upbeat attitude and strong customer-service mindset
- Food safety knowledge is a must
