SEO Specialist (WordPress & Digital Marketing)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic SEO Specialist to help grow our online presence in the marine, yacht charter, and marine services industry. Whether you’re an experienced SEO professional or a fresh graduate eager to learn, we encourage you to apply. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research for marine and yacht-related services.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, images, and internal links.
- Support technical SEO improvements, including site speed, indexing, and schema markup.
- Optimize WordPress websites using SEO plugins such as Yoast SEO or Rank Math.
- Assist with Local SEO, including Google Business Profile and local citations.
- Support link-building and off-page SEO campaigns.
- Work with the team to create SEO-friendly content for blogs, landing pages, and service pages.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Prepare SEO performance reports.
- Stay updated on SEO trends and Google algorithm changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
- Willingness to learn SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to develop new skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in SEO, digital marketing, or website optimization.
- Knowledge of WordPress is an advantage.
- Experience in marine, travel, hospitality, or service industries is a plus but not required.
