Job Overview
We are searching for a dynamic Sales Manager with expertise in the Dubai travel market to drive revenue, inspire our sales team, and contribute fresh strategies. This individual will lead a small but capable team to exceed targets through innovative sales initiatives and strategic customer engagement
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Dubai market to grow revenue and market share.
· Identify new business opportunities and establish valuable partnerships to elevate sales performance.
· Guide, mentor, and lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, fostering a collaborative team environment.
· Analyse sales performance and market trends, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
· Work closely with the Head of Operations to synchronize sales strategies with operational capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the travel industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the Dubai market.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive industry.
Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
