About the Role:
To ensure the repairs and maintenance of regional fleet are carried out within agreed plan and as per SOP in a safe and compliant manner through leadership style that promotes continuous improvement and team engagement.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that daily fleet operation is monitored by supervising all workshop activities (labor availability, spare parts, and breakdowns attendance) and provide technical input on workshop practices.
Ensure the operating costs are within the approved budget.
Ensure the work processes are reviewed and studied thoroughly on a periodic basis through staff involvement to improve work efficiency and engagement
Ensure the manpower resources are optimized to achieve the assigned targets and to meet current and future business challenges.
Ensure the work practices and work environment are maintained to the required standard.
Requirements:
Knowledge of SAP ERP system.
Good verbal and written communication English skills.
Supervisory experience in leading team
Must have competencies such as:
Work without supervision, Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, Disciplined & systematic, good communication skills with ability to influence, Ability to update & maintain records, Ability to train & coach, Supervisory and leadership skills.
