Senior Wholesale Manager Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at The Factory Furniture
– To lead and grow The Factory Furniture's business-to-business wholesale channel – selling
– Upholstery and furniture in volume to retailers across the Middle East and to sister brand CityW— While protecting and improving gross margin, expanding the active account base, and
– Ensuring healthy receivables. The role owns the regional wholesale revenue number and the Relationships behind it.
Revenue & Account Growth
– Own and deliver the annual wholesale revenue and gross-margin targets for the assigned
Region.
– Acquire new wholesale/distributor accounts across KSA and the wider Middle East.
– Grow share of wallet within existing key accounts through joint business planning.
Commercial & Margin Management
– Manage price lists, volume tiers, rebates, and terms to protect the target margin floor.
– Negotiate and close multi-SKU, high-value supply agreements.
– Coordinate intercompany supply to CityW on agreed commercial terms.
Pipeline, Forecasting & CRM
– Maintain an accurate pipeline and monthly forecast in the CRM.
– Report on performance, market trends, and competitor activity to leadership.
Receivables and amp Risk
– Manage customer credit limits and collections; keep DSO and overdue exposure within
Policy.
-Lead, coach, and develop the wholesale sales team.
