Mott Mac Donald is currently seeking a Senior Wet Utilities Engineer for its Land Development team in Riyadh to support the technical delivery of multiple master-planning and land development projects across KSA.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
Prepare reports and design documentation for water, wastewater, irrigation, and stormwater infrastructure projects.
Develop hydraulic models for water, wastewater, irrigation, and stormwater systems.
Perform hydraulic calculations.
Create designs using Civil 3D software within a BIM environment.
Ensure the quality and timely delivery of wet utility-related outputs in line with project standards.
Verify that wet utility designs comply with relevant standards and contract requirements.
Coordinate with other disciplines to deliver a comprehensive, holistic design to the client.
Incorporate best practices into design submissions and seek continuous improvement through innovative delivery methods.
Conduct technical reviews, provide design updates to project managers and clients as needed.
Review deliverables from others to ensure quality standards are met.
Engage with developers, clients, or stakeholders to obtain approvals and present proposals.
Manage project submittals, reviews, and approvals, reporting deviations as necessary.
Assist in providing design inputs for other discipline reports when required.
Estimate costs and quantities for wet services.
