We are hiring a Senior Watchman.
Job Duties:
Maintenance and repair of the facilities, grounds, and equipment, including carpentry, electrical wiring, plumbing, masonry, and painting for structures such as floors, sinks, walls, roofs, and carpets.
Actively assists the Facilities Technician in all tasks, which may include janitorial duties such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning walls.
Work from charts, blueprints, manuals, specifications, and other written and verbal instructions specific to the trade.
Use various measuring and electrical instruments applicable to the specific trade.
Operate and maintain equipment, machines, and tools relevant to the trade.
Perform related duties as required within the scope of this function.
Take reasonable care of their own safety and health.
Take reasonable care of the safety and health of persons that may be affected by their acts or omissions at work.
Co-operate with their employer withrespectto any instructions and/or actions taken by the employer to protect the employee and/or comply with OSH requirements.
Report to their immediate supervisor any situation which they have reason to believe could present a hazard and which they cannot themselves correct.
Report all OSH incidents and work-related injuries.
Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided at the workplace in the interest of health, safety, or welfare.
