Position: Senior Waiter/Waitress Premium Lounge
JobPurpose:
The Premium Lounge Senior Waiter/Waitress plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary services to our clients, including passengers, civil aviation officials, airport authorities, airline representatives, and external consumers. This individual is highly professional, promoting a calm and
positive attitude
in all situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer
Experience:
Ensure that all customers receive high standards of service for an exceptional experience.
Table Service
:
Assist with
table service
and maintain a clean and organized dining area by promptly clearing dishes.
Outlet Preparation:
Follow standard opening and closing procedures to prepare the outlet properly.
Hygiene and Safety:
Comply with established hygiene policies and procedures to maintain proper food and equipment handling standards.
Customer Complaints:
Attend to customer complaints satisfactorily or seek assistance from the supervisor to ensure
customer satisfaction
.
Reporting:
Report any complaints, staff absenteeism, or stock shortages to the Assistant F&B Supervisor for timely resolution.
Inventory Management
:
Assist in maintaining sufficient stock levels during the shift, checking received stock for quality, quantity, and accuracy.
Task Execution:
Perform tasks such as cleaning, polishing, organizing, collecting, loading, dispatching, and others as assigned by the line manager.
Quality Policy:
Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System according to ISO 9001: 2015 international standards and execute responsibilities according to department work procedures.

Qualifications:
High School Certification:
Must have Diploma or Equivalent:
Preferred
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
