Our client is seeking a Manager to join a well-established risk supervision function, supporting the oversight of conduct and business risk across a diverse portfolio in financial services.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will support the delivery of risk-based supervision, contributing to the monitoring and assessment of regulated entities. The role involves participating in both desk-based and onsite reviews, analysing financial and operational information, and engaging with stakeholders to assess compliance with expected standards and practices.
You will play a key role in identifying conduct-related risks, supporting the development of practical recommendations, and following through on agreed actions to ensure timely resolution of issues. This includes contributing to written assessments and reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting consistent supervisory outcomes across the portfolio.
In addition to core oversight responsibilities, you will be involved in thematic reviews and broader initiatives aimed at enhancing risk frameworks, processes, and supervisory methodologies. The role also offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and the opportunity to contribute to ongoing projects within a structured regulatory environment.
