What You’ll Be Doing As Senior Testing Engineer, you will: •Collaborate closely with product owners to understand business requirements and contribute to solution planning. •Review and analyze UX/UI designs to detect usability issues early and suggest enhancements. •Design and execute detailed test plans, covering both manual and automated testing approaches. •Build and maintain reliable test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium or Playwright. •Support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) by embedding quality checks into the pipeline. •Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of learning. •Analyze test results, report findings, and use quality metrics to recommend process improvements. •Enforce and audit QA processes to maintain the highest standards across development teams. •Use tools like Git for version control and Jira for bug tracking and project coordination.
