Role Overview :
We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to lead engineering initiatives, mentor developers, and drive architectural and technical decisions. This role is onsite in Saudi Arabia , open to Saudi candidates or those with a transferable Iqama .

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and direction.
- Drive technical decisions , best practices, and software architecture strategies.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
- Collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables .
- Ensure the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance applications .
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and best engineering practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align technical direction with business goals .
- Define long-term engineering strategies and drive innovation within the team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, managing teams of 5 to 10 people.
- Experience designing scalable, high-performance applications and system architectures .
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, PHP, Kotlin/Java, or Swift .
- Experience with CI/CD, code refactoring, design patterns, and secure coding .
- Strong knowledge of Git, version control, and automated deployment processes .
- Experience leading engineering teams of 5 to 10 people .
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and align engineering with product objectives .
- Must be in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama or Saudi nationality .
