Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Engineer to lead and manage the technical aspects of high-rise and villa construction projects from design development through completion. The role requires strong technical leadership, design coordination, and deep knowledge of UAE construction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all technical aspects of high-rise and villa construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and local authority regulations.
- Review and coordinate engineering design submissions, shop drawings, and material submittals from subcontractors.
- Identify and resolve design conflicts, technical issues, and variation orders.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, engineers, and contractors to develop construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee architectural, structural, and coordination drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Propose and implement value engineering solutions to optimize design and cost.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure technical consistency across disciplines.
- Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to approved technical requirements.
- Support project management with monthly technical and site progress reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of UAE experience in technical management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience handling multi-disciplinary high-rise and villa projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, or similar engineering software.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Pay: AED20,000.00 – AED25,000.00 per month
