Senior Architect Engineer – Technical Specialist
Join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality construction and fit-out projects. We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Architect Engineer – Technical Specialist to lead technical coordination, ensure design compliance, and support project delivery from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical coordination across multiple projects.
- Review and prepare shop drawings and technical documentation.
- Develop and review technical specifications.
- Manage BIM coordination and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost-related documentation.
- Review and coordinate material submittals.
- Prepare and review method statements.
- Support inspection and testing requirements (ITPs).
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and project standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Management Team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead and mentor technical teams to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in construction and fit-out projects.
- Advanced proficiency in BIM (Revit), BEP implementation, and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
- Good understanding of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
- Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proven experience managing and developing technical teams.
