How You’ll Make An Impact
Cause analysis and resolution of technical non-conformance issues.
Lead cross-functional teams of global technical experts (internal and external) to resolve client issues and transfer knowledge across regions.
Manage client relationships from a technical perspective in a dynamic environment.
Collaborate with technical experts in Product Integrity, Sales, Bid Management, and Service teams.
Contribute to the Product Improvement Process (PIP) to address Operational Issues (OI), Technical Issues (TI), and Significant Field Issues (SFI).
Review during design reviews and provide input to product development teams.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field, or equivalent.
Over 15 years of experience in rotating equipment design, testing, controls, site commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service activities.
Experience writing technical articles for industry publications such as ASME, GASTECH, ADIPEC, LNG Technology, Turbo Symposium, and Compressor Tech 2.
Expertise in root cause analysis methods like FMEA, fault tree analysis, Kepner Tregoe, and 5 Whys.
Experience monitoring and troubleshooting rotating equipment and components like dry gas seals, couplings, bearings, gas turbines, steam turbines, gears, and pumps.
Proficiency with industry simulation and monitoring tools (e.g., HYSYS, Bently Nevada Adre) and ability to communicate technical details effectively in high-pressure environments, fluency in English.
