Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be working on-site in Zahran, Saudi Arabia, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions across the organization, including Accounting, Marketing, Sales,, and other corporate and operational roles. The role focuses on attracting, assessing, and hiring qualified talent while ensuring an efficient and positive recruitment experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
    , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Handle end-to-end hiring for various positions across departments, including Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Restaurant Operations, Customer Service, and other roles.
  • Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Source, attract, and assess qualified candidates through different recruitment channels and interviewing methods.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruitment metrics, provide hiring reports, and continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Stay updated on recruitment best practices and market trends to continuously improve hiring processes.


Requirements


  • Saudi National.

  • 5+ years of experience
    in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Proven experience recruiting for multiple functions such as Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Retail, or Hospitality.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
