Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to
join our team
in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring
top talent
. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Source and identify candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure candidate suitability.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies in hiring processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
5 years of experience in food manufacturing or the FMCG sector.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects.
