A senior talent acquisition partner plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent to support the company’s hiring needs across the commercial area. This includes sales, solution engineering, marketing, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit
top talent
globally for various hubs.
Manage the full recruitment cycle and build relevant sourcing strategies tailored to the market and hiring needs.
Leverage an extensive candidate network and utilise various recruitment channels to identify and attract
top talent
.
Partner with hiring leaders to understand objectives and develop strategies to deliver upon hiring goals.
Provide a flawless candidate interview experience from application through to offer stage.
Educate hiring managers and interview teams to ensure they are prepared and engaged for every interview.
Track and analyse data to report on hiring progress to stakeholders and business
leadership
.
Requirements7+ years of experience as a full lifecycle recruiter in a
fast-paced
growth environment, with a focus on commercial hiring.
A strong network of commercial candidates.
A consistent track record of sourcing and recruiting talent, solving business issues with effective hiring strategies.
Experience building productive relationships across the business and influencing stakeholders.
An analytical mindset to optimise hiring practices based on data.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a
fast-paced work environment
.
Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and German.
