Position: Senior Systems Analyst (HR)
This role involves supporting the design, development, implementation, and enhancement of SAP S/4
HANA and Success Factors HR solutions. The position contributes to strengthening organizational capabilities and driving process automation through smart SAP technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.
SAP Certified Technology Consultant (HR/Payroll).
Certified SAP Success Factors Consultant.
SAP ABAP certification is a plus.
ITIL certification is a plus.
Must be locally available in Doha, Qatar
Experience
7+ years of SAP experience in a similar role, preferably within a related industry.
Key Responsibilities – SAP Implementation & Support
Contribute to the implementation and ongoing support of SAP HCM and Success Factors solutions.
Analyze organizational policies and identify alignment gaps with SAP’s standard functionalities.
Collaborate with SAP ABAP and business systems teams for custom developments and enhancements.
Interpret and document local legal requirements for integration into SAP systems.
Assist in configuring structural authorizations and position-based access controls in HR & Payroll.
Support implementation of ad-hoc payroll processes to increase operational flexibility.
Work with internal auditors to align SAP solutions with best practices and meet external audit standards.
Help develop templates for blueprints, training materials, functional specs, documentation, testing, and change management.
Deliver SAP end-user training and create relevant training documentation.
Assist in building analytical reports and dashboards using Power BI and SAP Data Sphere.
Documentation
Maintain documentation for production support changes (RFCs).
Ensure proper record-keeping of project artifacts, business processes, and system configurations.
Collaborate with users and departments to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues.
Document problems and solutions using standardized templates.
Implement approved policies and procedures and guide team members to ensure compliance and consistency.
Technical Skills
Proficient in SAP Payroll, HR, Time Management, and basic Fiori.
Solid understanding of SAP Success Factors modules (RCM, ONB, PMGM, LMS, SCP, Comp).
Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP, Workflow, and SAP BTP.
Experience with HR sub-modules:
Personnel Administration, Org Management, Leave Management.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and client-facing skills.
Experience with SAP integration, Microsoft technologies, and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Dataflows).
Skilled in business data modeling (Data Sphere) and creating Power BI dashboards.
