We are currently seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to join our Information Technology Department as part of our continued infrastructure enhancement and digital transformation initiatives.

The role is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s server, network, and datacenter infrastructure while ensuring system reliability, security, and optimal performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business operations, leading technical initiatives, and providing advanced infrastructure support across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor datacenter operations, server infrastructure, and network environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Supervise and support the Operations team by assigning schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely completion of periodic tasks.
• Analyze, design, implement, and maintain system infrastructure solutions in alignment with business requirements and IT best practices.
• Monitor network security, system integrity, server deployments, and user access controls to maintain a secure IT environment.
• Administer Microsoft Exchange 2016 environments, including mailbox management, mailbox policies, OWA, SSL certificates, and public certificates.
• Support Hybrid Exchange environments, Office 365 migrations, SharePoint administration, and troubleshooting of email-related issues.
• Manage mail security and mail flow solutions, including Barracuda and Proofpoint.
• Administer Active Directory services, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user permissions across Windows Server environments.
• Configure and manage Hyper-V virtual environments, monitor host performance, and maintain virtual machine resources.
• Perform backup and recovery operations for critical servers using Veeam Backup and Symantec Backup Exec.
• Coordinate with external technology vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to support infrastructure projects and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, Microsoft 365, or equivalent) are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration, infrastructure management, or a similar role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server administration, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with Hyper‑V, VMM, Veeam Backup, Symantec Backup Exec, Barracuda, and Proofpoint solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
