Key Responsibilities
- Morning Monitor daily SLA performance and publish results to managers.
- Track individual staff productivity and conduct regular productivity discussions.
- Manage all the problem-solving process, provide direction to staffs and escalate to right POC
- Ensure consumable availability on floor and timely inform for procurement
- Generate and distribute all required operational reports on schedule.
- Ensure attendance is cleared in system (TAMS) and reconciled
- Check SOP is followed on floor and coach associates for any non-conformance
- Ensure associates are adhering to the safety standards
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily throughput vs. plan
- SLA adherence by activity (inbound- GRN/Unloading, picking, dispatch, Cycle count)
- CPP monitoring and benchmarking
- Individual staff productivity rates
- Stock accuracy

- 4+ years of Warehouse operations experience
- SLA and productivity analytics
