We are seeking a qualified and experienced Structural Inspector to join our team for Building and Villas projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong site supervision experience, ensuring all structural works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections for structural works including foundations, concrete, steel, and related activities.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and local authority regulations.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality control standards are maintained at all times.
- Review method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings related to structural works.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve site issues.
- Maintain daily inspection reports and documentation of site activities.
- Identify non-conformance issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Structural Inspector, preferably in UAE.
- Strong experience in Building and Villas projects is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and standards.
- Experience working with consultants is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of structural drawings, materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
