Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our consultancy firm for the supervision of a prestigious high-rise hotel development in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have 10 to 15 years of experience with structural analysis, design, and supervision of high-rise buildings and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Review structural designs, piling plans and calculations, ensuring compliance with international and Saudi standards.
Oversee structural site execution, ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of structural elements.
Perform structural inspections and provide technical expertise in resolving design and construction challenges.
Ensure safety and compliance with seismic and wind load requirements for high-rise buildings.
Lead and manage site teams, ensuring smooth project execution and coordination with contractors.
Prepare reports and documentation in English with a high level of clarity and professionalism.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
10 to 15 years of experience in high-rise buildings and hospitality projects.
Proven expertise in piling techniques and foundation systems for high-rise buildings.
Previous experience working in reputable consultancy firms.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in BIM and structural design software.
Strong understanding of international and Saudi structural codes.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and coordination skills.
