Job Summary:
The Senior Sticker Applicator is responsible for overseeing the accurate and efficient application of labels, stickers, and decals to products on the production line. This position requires advanced knowledge of label application processes, quality control standards, and the ability to train and support junior team members. The Senior Sticker Applicator will work closely with the production team to ensure all products are properly labeled before shipment or storage.
Key Responsibilities:
Label Application:
Apply stickers and labels to products according to product specifications.
Ensure accurate placement and alignment of labels, decals, and stickers.
Operate sticker application machines and ensure they are running efficiently.
Quality Control:
Monitor the quality of sticker application, checking for defects such as misalignment or incorrect labels.
Perform routine inspections of stickers for legibility, placement, and overall presentation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and quality control regulations.
Training & Mentorship:
Train and mentor junior sticker applicators on proper techniques and machine operations.
Provide guidance to team members on best practices for efficient and accurate sticker application.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform routine maintenance on applicator machinery and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Ensure the applicators are clean, well-maintained, and functioning optimally.
Inventory Management:
Track inventory levels of stickers and labels, ensuring there are sufficient supplies for production.
Order or notify management when stock is low.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain records of labeling activities, including batch numbers, quality checks, and any issues encountered.
Report any significant issues or delays to the supervisor/manager promptly.
Collaboration:
Work closely with production and quality assurance teams to ensure proper labeling standards.
Communicate any challenges or discrepancies with labeling to the appropriate team members or departments.
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in manufacturing processes or machine operation is a plus.
Proven experience as a Sticker Applicator, Labeler, or in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to detect errors or inconsistencies in label application.
Good physical stamina and dexterity for repetitive tasks.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot labeling equipment.
Strong communication skills for training and team coordination.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED6,500.00 per month
License/Certification:
UAE Driving License (Preferred)
