Responsibilities:
Ensure the cleanliness of all the restaurant and kitchen premises, keeping it perfectly dirt-free at all times.
Responsible for the tidiness and proper keeping of all sections.
Secure the availability of all needed materials and supplies required to perform assigned duties properly on a daily basis.
Ensure all floors are wiped, all types of furniture are clean, glass and windows polished, and maintain proper and organized spaces and areas.
Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order.
Follow safe work practices.
Maintain a well-groomed appearance at all times and have a pleasant smiling attitude towards all guests.
Maintain the highest possible level of personal hygiene.
Train all new stewards.
