In this role, you will be instrumental in driving recruitment efforts to attract outstanding talent who will contribute to the overall success of Qiddiya. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic recruitment solutions and enhance our organizational capabilities within the entertainment and real estate development sectors.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to attract high-quality candidates
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinatethe interview processand ensure timelycommunicationwith candidates, providing them with an excellent recruitment experience
Manage candidate relationships and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities
Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted applicants
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s visibility in the job market
Assist in analyzing recruitment metrics and identifying areas forprocess improvement
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Provide support and mentorship to junior team members as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in real estate or construction industries
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate management
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and effective sourcing techniques
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in afast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
Stronganalytical skillsto assess recruitment metrics and drive improvements
Team player with acollaborativemindset and the ability to mentor junior colleagues
