Senior Specialist – Strategy

The Senior Specialist – Strategy is a key member of our newly formed Strategy team, responsible for leveraging analytical expertise, creative thinking, and leadership skills to identify and evaluate strategic business opportunities. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and the investment committee to develop data-driven insights and financial models that support critical decision-making. The position offers a unique opportunity to influence the company’s vision and mission, assess potential investments, and oversee ongoing asset monitoring, contributing significantly to the organization’s growth and success.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screening and continuous tracking of potential opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Analyze data and develop comprehensive financial models using Excel to extract actionable insights.
• Prepare and present clear, well-structured recommendations to senior leadership and the investment committee.
• Collaborate effectively across departments to devise optimal solutions and facilitate timely execution of strategic initiatives.
• Communicate findings and proposals persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior executives.

Who we are looking for

We seek a highly analytical and resourceful professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous. The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, private equity, or investment banking, with proven expertise in financial modeling and data analysis. You possess strong interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the creativity to solve complex problems innovatively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams are essential.
