Position: Senior Specialist – Sponsorships (COR430)
Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Senior Specialist – Sponsor ships, where you will play a pivotal role in securing and managing sponsorship agreements that enhance our brand visibility and engagement within the entertainment and leisure sector. You will be responsible for creating strategic partnerships that align with our vision and drive mutual benefits for both Qiddiya and our sponsors.
Responsibilities
Commercial Event and sponsor ships Concept Development:
Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and design innovative activations/ event ideas that align with the organization’s objectives.
Activation Sponsorship Research and Acquisition:
Identify potential sponsorship partners, conduct outreach, and develop customized proposals to secure sponsor ships.
Project Management:
Oversee specific projects related to events and sponsor ships, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Vendor Coordination:
Manage relationships with vendors, including contracts, deliverables, and ensuring on-time services during events.
Promotion:
Develop promotional materials and marketing campaigns for events, leveraging various channels to maximize visibility and participation.
Budget Tracking:
Assist in maintaining detailed budgets for events and sponsor ships, tracking expenditures, and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
On-Site Event Management:
Act as the lead point of contact during events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and addressing any issues that arise.
Post-Event Analysis:
Collect feedback and data post-event to evaluate success, compiling reports and insights to improve future events.
Relationship Building:
Foster long-term relationships with sponsors and partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and value is delivered.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sponsorship, partnerships, or business development.
Proven track record of securing sponsor ships and managing partnerships in a corporate environment.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytic skills to evaluate sponsorship performance and ROI.
Creative mindset to explore and develop innovative partnership opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
