Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing corporate performance management frameworks, methodologies, and processes.
- Support the development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic objectives and targets.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor organizational performance against targets and benchmarks, providing actionable insights and corrective measures in coordination with business functions.
- Collaborate with business units and senior management to establish and track and report performance goals.
- Support strategic planning activities, including prompt listing and analysis such as (PESTLE, SOWT).
- Prepare and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and related archives.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with company policies and standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in planning, strategy, or performance management.
