Senior Specialist – Demand Planning & Reporting
# Hiring Senior Specialist – Demand Planning & Reporting resources for Banking Domain Client in Riyadh, KSA.
# Must be proficient in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
# 4-7 years ofproject managementrelated experience in the banking sector.
Monitoring:
Challenge, provide feedback, and approve business cases’ Value/Risk evaluation to be submitted to the demand committee based on the agreed criteria.
Schedule review/challenge sessions with Demand owner to discuss business cases’ Value/Risk evaluations.
Monitor and analyze demand management metrics and performance indicators to identify areas of improvement.
Develop the demand forecasting models and processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Apply the forecasting mechanism to measure the capacity of the EPMO, projects, and portfolios in alignment with the impacted departments.
Coordination & Governance:
Coordinate and execute demand planning activities.
Assess the received demand to ensure the projects demand are aligned with our strategic objectives and serve the organization’s goals.
Align with the Technology team to ensure the demand feasibility and the high-level plan.
Align with the control functions in the demand planning phase to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
In line with the requestor and the demand committee secretary, provide the demand committee with the requested information as needed.
Obtain demand committee approval on change requests that require demand committee approval as per the agreed delegation of authority.
