Qiddiya Investment Company is a leading real estate company in the region, specializing in the development of transformative entertainment and leisure destinations. We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist – Cost to join our Development Management office under our sports division.
The Senior Specialist in Cost Planning will collaborate effectively with project teams to establish and maintain accurate cost estimation.
Responsibilities
Assist in Cost Plan reviews
Perform local market research for construction cost benchmarking
Establish a Database for commodities and key material prices in the local market for regular updates
Maintain a Database of Cost using information from Qiddiya Contracts
Assist in reviewing Cost Plans
Assist in Cost Reporting
Assist in preparing presentation decks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Project Finance, or a related field
3-6 years of relevant experience in cost planning or cost management, preferably in large-scale construction or entertainment projects
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proven ability to manage and interpret complex financial data
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills for effectivecollaborationwithmultidisciplinaryteams
Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial forecasting and reporting
Preference is for a Saudi National
