Role
Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jeddah for a Senior Holiday Packages Specialist. The Senior Holiday Packages Specialist will be responsible for designing and promoting holiday packages, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include researching and creating customized travel itineraries, negotiating with vendors, managing bookings, and providing support to clients from the planning stage through to the end of their trip.
Qualifications
Experience in designing and promoting holiday packages
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to research and create customized travel itineraries
Negotiation skills and experience in managing vendor relationships
Ability to manage bookings and provide end-to-end trip support
Proficiency in using travel booking software and search engines
Proven experience in the travel industry, with a focus on holiday packages
Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous
