Do you have 6 years+ experience in ICT solutions architecture?
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Solutions Architect to lead the pre-sales solutions development team, in the Enterprise ICT Sales division.

The role Design comprehensive ICT solutions tailored to our enterprise clients’ specific needs
Partner with clients to understand their
digital transformation
goals and design solutions incorporating:
Cloud Services;
Managed Security;
IoT; SD-WAN;
Unified Communications;
Data Centre Services;
Digital Transformation
Consulting; 5G Enterprise Solutions;
Big Data & AI;
Edge Computing Work with technology vendors to build solutions on leading platforms that align with our enterprise architecture standards
Support sales teams through technical presentations, solution demos, and proposal development that showcase quality and
innovation
Maintain thorough documentation and ensure solutions comply with internal policies and industry regulations
Customer Proposal Development:
Create winning responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs by aligning solutions with client needs and technical requirements
Work with
cross-functional teams
to develop solutions that demonstrate clear value and competitive advantages
Coordinate across engineering, finance, legal, and product teams to ensure comprehensive and compliant proposals
Create documentation that clearly communicates solution benefits and return on investment
Lead product demonstrations, proof of concept setups, and address technical questions during pre-sales
Partner with sales teams to ensure clear
communication
and resolution of client concerns
Guide solution design and implementation alongside senior architects and sales teams to ensure security and performance
Shape the company’s ICT roadmap through identification of emerging technologies and market trends
Ensure solutions align with company strategy and enhance
customer satisfaction
Maintain expertise in industry developments, competitor offerings, and product updates
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent) are preferred.
Technical Expertise:
Demonstrated proficiency
in at least 3 of the ICT solutions listed above, with working knowledge of remainder of solutions in the list.
