Senior Solution Architect – Risk & Compliance (Banking)

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the design, integration, and modernization of Risk & Compliance solutions within the banking sector. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise Risk & Compliance solutions.
- Define architecture and integration strategies for GRC, AML, KYC, and financial crime platforms.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
- Lead solution design, implementation, migration, and production support.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and enterprise architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of solution architecture experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong expertise in Risk & Compliance
, AML, KYC, sanctions screening, and GRC. - Hands-on experience with one or more of:
- IBM Safer Payments
- Oracle KYC / Oracle Hot Scan
- Archer GRC / Service Now GRC
- Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, microservices, cloud, and enterprise integration.
- Experience with security architecture, data governance, and banking compliance frameworks.
- TOGAF, AWS, or Azure certification is a plus.
Preferred
- Experience with SAMA and NCA regulations.
- Integration with core banking, IAM, and enterprise data platforms.
- Experience in cloud migration and digital transformation projects within banking.
