Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SITE Interior Designer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospitality and hotel projects, with strong expertise in interior design, detailed working drawings, and BIM technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the interior design process for hospitality and hotel projects, from concept to execution.
Develop and prepare detailed and working drawings for interior designs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
Utilize BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) for design coordination and documentation.
Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless project integration.
Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures for high-end hospitality interiors.
Provide technical guidance and detailing for interior spaces, ensuring compliance with international hospitality standards.
Oversee the production of 3D visualizations, mood boards, and presentations for client approvals.
Review and approve shop drawings, FF&E selections, and material submittals in coordination with contractors and suppliers.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality expectations.
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized university.
Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality and hotel interior design.
Strong expertise in interior detailing, space planning, and material selection.
Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, etc.).
Excellent knowledge of furniture, finishes, and lighting design for hospitality projects.
Strong technical and coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Fluent in English (spoken and written);
Arabic is a plus.
