Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage steel structure erection works at site
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and QA/QC teams
- Review drawings, WIR/MIR, and ensure work is as per approved IFC drawings
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support to site teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
- Strong experience in steel structure erection projects
- Ability to read structural drawings and provide technical guidance
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ready to join immediately / short notice
