Senior Site Architect

A Senior Site Architect is responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of construction projects on site in Ras Al Khaimah. The role ensures that the design intent is realized during construction, coordinates with contractors, engineers, and other professionals, and addresses any issues arising during the building process.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision:
  Oversee the construction site to ensure the architectural design is implemented correctly and according to the plans.
• Quality Control:
  Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
• Coordination:
  Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to resolve design or construction issues.
• Compliance:
  Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Problem‑Solving:
  Address and resolve any issues or conflicts on site, making adjustments to plans as necessary.
• Reporting:
  Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting deviations and proposed solutions.
• Documentation:
  Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders.
• Client Interaction:
  Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with the project.

Qualifications

• 15 years demonstrable experience in supervising and administrating architectural works on large‑scale projects within the Middle East consulting industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• Membership in a recognized institution (e.g., PE/Peng, CEng) preferred.
• LEED GA or AP certifications a plus.
