Senior Site Architect Jobs in Doha at The Blue Group
We are looking for a Senior Site Architect with strong experience in high-end and luxury projects, particularly hotels and projects involving classic designs, premium finishes, and complex architectural details.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise architectural works and ensure high-quality execution on site.
- Inspect finishes and workmanship and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Review, comment on, and sign Inspection Requests (IRs).
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth work progress.
- Track works through snagging, completion, and final handover.
- Provide clear technical comments and manage site-related issues.
- Prepare professional site reports, updates, and emails.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 10–15 years of relevant site experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in luxury finishes, classic designs, special items, and complicated details.
- Experience with high-end hotels, preferably with a consultancy or main contractor.
- Strong site inspection, coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
Pay: From QAR10,000.00 per month
